And I'm not talking about a Dave Matthews Band song, here.
As is self-evident, it's been a long damn time since my previous post. Since then, I have moved into an apartment in Cheney with my girlfriend Morah (where we don't have Internet access. This is, perhaps, the reason for my posting hiatus). I accepted a position at FOX-28 (I was previously working at KREM-2) as a Production Tech. I am working more closely to the advertising field and further from news.
Kris and I are now selling copies of our senior thesis, Dorm Life, on the show's official website: www.dormlifethemovie.com.
Kris and I have also acquired a master business license and have started the company 40 Dollars and a Bottle of Rum Filmworks, under which we are about to produce our first music video and act as distributor for the artist's CD.
Being out of school is great, and finally having a job with (closer to) proper hours (not to mention double the hours I was previously working and at a higher rate of pay) is pretty damn good. And what will I be doing with my newfound wealth? Getting Internet access at our apartment is a start...
