Be my boss!
If you visit my Amazon.com PayPage, you can pay me as little as $1. I could be your underpaid employee!

I keep wanting to believe that the intelligent people are running the show, that there were more of us than there were of them, but more and more evidence to the contrary keeps slapping me in the face.
A little knowledge is a bad thing, and that's the problem. People have too little knowledge. They get a bit, and then SLAM, their minds shut, and no more can get in. They're full! And without all the facts, they are fools of their own design, blissfully, ignorantly unaware of their own flaws. Sigh.
A couple of quotes that express how I feel:
"There is only one war, and it's not the rich against the poor, the blacks against the whites, the Federation against the Borg, or the Democrats versus the Republicans. It's those of us who aren't complete idiots against those of us who are."

"The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?"

Phoenix, I think you should sign up for four more years of JET.

Hehe. Unfortunately, three years total is the max. I may yet renounce my U.S. citizenship and try to pass for Canadian. I used to joke about that, but recently...it seems more and more a viable plan.
